Ingredients

  • 1/2 med. cabbage
  • 1 sm. onion
  • 2/3 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • Dash pepper

Directions

  1. Cut cabbage into 2 inch pcs. Quarter onion. Place half the cabbage in blender; add in water to cover. Chop, watching carefully. Drain thoroughly. Repeat with remaining cabbage and the onion. Mix vegetables, lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, mustard and pepper. Chill.
