Blackie's Hotdog Relish Recipe

Ingredients
3 lbs. (14) green peppers, remove seeds
3 lbs. (14) red peppers, remove seeds
2 lbs. (20) warm peppers, leave seeds in
14 onions, good size
1/2 box brown sugar
1/4 c. salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tbsp. allspice
6 c. cider vinegar
Directions
Grind peppers and onions, add in remaining ingredients and cook 1 1/2 hrs. Pack in warm sterilized jars and seal. Double amount of warm peppers for very warm relish.
