Ingredients
- 3 lbs. (14) green peppers, remove seeds
- 3 lbs. (14) red peppers, remove seeds
- 2 lbs. (20) warm peppers, leave seeds in
- 14 onions, good size
- 1/2 box brown sugar
- 1/4 c. salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. allspice
- 6 c. cider vinegar
Directions
- Grind peppers and onions, add in remaining ingredients and cook 1 1/2 hrs. Pack in warm sterilized jars and seal. Double amount of warm peppers for very warm relish.
