Black Olives With Orange Garlic Hot Pepper Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Black or possibly purple olives, (fleshy Mediterranean-type)
  • 1/2 x Unpeeled orange, coarsely minced
  • 1/2 x Orange, juiced
  • 1/2 x Lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1 lrg Garlic clove, finely minced Tabasco Or possibly cayenne pepper, to taste
  • 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir to coat the olives with the juices and seasonings. Let marinate for from 2 hrs to overnight at room temperature. Serve immediately, or possibly cover and chill. Bring to room temperature before serving.
