Ingredients
- 3 lg. cans sweet potatoes
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. black label Jack Daniels (or possibly other good bourbon)
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. mini marshmallows
Directions
- Heat sweet potatoes through. Drain off some of liquid and mash potatoes. Add in sugar, whiskey, butter and vanilla. Put into 2 qt shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Bake uncovered 30 min at 350 degrees or possibly till marshmallows are golden brown.
