Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 pound block of Kraft Old English Cheddar cheese
  • 3 (16 ounce.) cans black eyed peas, liquid removed
  • 1 lg. onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can of green chilies
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3 jalapeno peppers, minced

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except peas and bring to a melting simmer. Add in peas and serve with chips or possibly crackers.
