Ingredients
1 to 2 pound block of Kraft Old English Cheddar cheese
3 (16 ounce.) cans black eyed peas, liquid removed
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 (8 ounce.) can of green chilies
1/2 c. butter
3 jalapeno peppers, minced
Directions
Combine all ingredients except peas and bring to a melting simmer. Add in peas and serve with chips or possibly crackers.
