- 2 cans of black beans
- 1 mango, cubed.
- 3 tablespoons red onion, diced.
- 1 bag frozen white corn.
- 1 red pepper, diced.
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced.
- 1 large lime, juiced.
- Splash of extra virgin olive oil.
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped.
- Salt & pepper to taste.
