Biscuit Stuffing On Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops, 1/2" thick
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Sage, to taste
  • 1 (7 1/2 ounce.) can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown pork chops in oil and place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine soup, celery, onion, egg, pepper and sage. Mix well. Separate biscuits and cut each one into 8 pcs and stir into soup mix. Spoon over meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min till golden.
