Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 x Egg yolk, beaten
  • 3/4 c. Flat beer

Directions

  1. Combine dry ingredients & set aside. Beat egg yolk & slowly add in beer.
  2. Gradually add in this to dry mix. Moisten chicken. Dip in seasoned flour then dip in batter. Dip in seasoned flour again. Fry. (This may also be used for onion rings & other vegetables).
