Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooking bag
  • 6 lbs. beef chuck roast
  • 1 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 3 lg. minced onions
  • 1 green pepper
  • 3 tbsp. barbeque sauce
  • 2 tbsp. chili pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 14 ounce. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in large cooking bag (add in 1 Tbsp. flour to coat bag). Cut 3 (1 inch) slits in bag and put in oven at 300 degrees and bake for 6 hrs. Remove and mash up the meat into small pcs and stir well. Serve on hamburger buns.
