Ingredients: 1 pound cooking bag; 6 lbs. beef chuck roast; 1 1/2 c. minced celery; 3 lg. minced onions; 1 green pepper; 3 tbsp. barbeque sauce; 2 tbsp. chili pwdr; 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce; 14 ounce. ketchup; 1/2 c. water; Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients

1 pound cooking bag
6 lbs. beef chuck roast
1 1/2 c. minced celery
3 lg. minced onions
1 green pepper
3 tbsp. barbeque sauce
2 tbsp. chili pwdr
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
14 ounce. ketchup
1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Place all ingredients in large cooking bag (add in 1 Tbsp. flour to coat bag). Cut 3 (1 inch) slits in bag and put in oven at 300 degrees and bake for 6 hrs. Remove and mash up the meat into small pcs and stir well. Serve on hamburger buns.
