Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. minced ripe olives
  • 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon minced finely onion
  • 1/2 c. finely snipped dry beef

Directions

  1. Blend cream cheese with mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce. Add in olives, parsley, onion. On waxed paper, shape into 1 1/2 inch 8-10 inch roll. Refrigeratetill hard. Roll in dry beef. 15 min to prepare. Easy. Can do ahead. 6-8 servings or possibly more.
