Beef Burritos

Great tasting American style burrito. Can be made with canned ingredients but I always use fresh, homemade ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 chuck roast
  • 1 can of beef broth
  • 16 oz cooked pinto beans or canned
  • 1 6oz salsa bandera, or canned
  • 7oz canned diced green chiles

Directions

  1. Brown cut up roast in pan with oil. Add beef broth and cook until meat falls apart (3 or 4 hours). Then add beans, salsa and chiles, according to taste.
  2. Roll in flour tortillas that have been warmed - add grated cheddar cheese. Also good with avocados and sour cream.
