Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Fresh, grnd smoked Sausage cooked and liquid removed
  • 24 lrg Mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1/2 lb Cream cheese
  • 1 ounce Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Cook mushrooms at 350 degrees for 7 min. Allow to cold. Mix cooled sausage, cream cheese, and Parmesan. Fill each mushroom with 1 tsp. of filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 min.
  2. Note: If grnd smoked sausage isn't available you can add in 1/2 tsp. of a liquid natural smoke product (like Wright's) to 1/2 lb. grnd pork
  3. (not pork sausage).
