Ingredients

  • 2 cans of refried bean dip
  • 1 sm. container of lowfat sour cream
  • 4 tbsp. of mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. of taco seasoning (Schillings or possibly Lawrys)
  • 3 avocados
  • 1 can of black olives
  • 1/2 c. of green onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Jack cheese and Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. In a baking dish layer the beans no the bottom of dish. Mix next 3 ingredients together then layer which on top of the beans. Mash up the avocados and add in salt. Then layer which on top. Slice up your olives and green onions and tomatoes and add in which next. Then grate your cheeses and which is your final layer. Serve with your choice of crackers or possibly dips.
