Ingredients
1 pound pinto beans
3 pound pork roast
7 c. water
1/2 c. minced onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. chili pwdr
1 tbsp. cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
1 (4 ounce.) can minced green chilies
Directions
Mix all together in heavy pan and cook for 5 hrs. Break up roast, cook, uncovered 1/2 hour. Serve over corn chips and top with cheese, lettuce, tomato, avocado and warm sauce.
