Ingredients
- 1 c. Strong coffee
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. Ketchup
- 1/4 c. Unsalted butter (try marg.)
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh grnd pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
Directions
- Yield 2-1/2 c. Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Simmer uncovered stirring frequently, till the sauce thickens about 30 minutes.
- Note: "Because of is low sugar content the sauce can be mopped onto beef or possibly poultry without fear of burning."
