Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 10 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 lb Large curd cottage cheese
  • 1 lb Jack cheese Special ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat the butter. Whip Large eggs till fluffy, add in the flour, baking pwdr, salt, cottage cheese, melted butter and half the jack cheese.
  2. At this step add in any special ingredients you like (I use broccoli flowerettes, uncooked).
  3. Place the mix in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 400 for 15 min. Then reduce temperature to 350 , and continue to bake for 35 to 40 min, or possibly till the top is lightly browned.
  4. Cook and cut into squares for serving.
