Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups peanut butter sandwich cookie crumbs (i.e. Nutter Butter)
- 4 tbs unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbs sugar
- Layer #1:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (scant) confectioners sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups whipped topping
- Layer #2:
- 1 pkg (4-serving size) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- Layer #3:
- 1-2 cups whipped topping
- 1/4 cup toffee pieces, chopped peanuts or chopped peanut butter cups (optional)
