Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 2 drops lemon juice
- 2 drops Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
Directions
- Split Cornish hens in half; remove backbones. Salt and pepper each side of the chicken. Place chicken, bone side down, on the medium heat grill. Cook each side approximately 20 to 25 min.
- To prepare the Maitre de Hotel butter, soften 2 Tbsp. of butter in the microwave. When soft, add in lemon juice, Worcestershire, and parsley. Spread on chicken just prior to serving.
