Bar B Qued Shrimp Marinade

Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 teaspoon lemon pepper

1 1/2 teaspoon garlic flakes

Directions

Heat or possibly microwave in saucepan. Dip peeled raw shrimp in marinade. Place on skewers. Using an electric indoor grill place skewers on grill and cook till tender, turning once and basting once. Serve over seasoned rice.
