Ingredients

  • Ingredients: makes about 8-10 cups
  • Chocolate Ganache
  • 100g Whipping cream
  • 150g Valrhona (66%) chocolate, chop to pieces
  • Banana Chocolate Mousse
  • 60g Valrhona chocolate (66%), or semi-sweet chocolate if you prefer sweeter, chop to pieces
  • 60g Whipping cream, boil and measure 40g
  • 200g Very ripe bananas, mash or blend to smooth
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 200g Fresh topping cream
