Ingredients

  • 12 ounce Sea scallops
  • 4 ounce Butter, melted
  • 1 ounce Sherry
  • 1 c. Fresh bread crumbs Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Slice scallops in half and place in a buttered casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper. Combine butter, sherry and crumbs. Pour over scallops.
  2. Bake at 350 degs for 10-15 mins.
