Ingredients

  • 1 can DOLE Pineapple Chunks (20z)
  • 1 x Garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Rosemary, crushed
  • 6 x Half chicken breasts, boned
  • 1 x Lemon, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. DRAIN pineapple, reserve juice. Combine reserved juice with garlic, cornstarch, Wrocestershire sauce, mustard and rosemary. Arrange chicken in shallow baking pan or possibly broiler-proof dish, skin side up.
  2. BROIL till browned. Stir sauce; pour over chicken. BAKE at 400'F. 30 min. Arrange lemon and pineapple slices around chicken. Spoon sauce from baking pan over all; continue baking 5 min. Garnish with fresh rosemary or possibly parsley, if you like.
  3. Prep Time: 10 min.
  4. Bake Time: 40 min.
