Ingredients

  • 3 c. Water
  • 6 c. Chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 c. Rice -- uncooked
  • 1 sm Onion -- minced
  • 1/2 x Green
  • 1/2 c. Celery -- minced Piece chicken Butter or possibly margarine Pepper -- minced

Directions

  1. Bring water to boil in Dutch oven and then add in bouillon cubes. Mix the other ingredients, except chicken, with bouillon and water.
  2. Season the chicken with seasoning salt and lay pcs on top of the rice mix. Cook 1 1/2 hrs at 400 degrees.
