Ingredients
- 3 x Apple, cooking, peeled and sliced
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- 1/4 c. Apple cider
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1/2 c. Raisins Vanilla Ice Cream
Directions
- Place apples in a greased 1-quart. baking dish. Combine sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and apple cider; pour over apples. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with raisins. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45-60 min or possibly till apples are tenter. Serve hot over ice cream.
- Yield: 4 servings.
