Bacon Potato Cake with Cheese Recipe

A potato cake is a small patty of potatoes that has been dredged in flour and it is great for breakfast or side dish and then fried in butter as a delicious but high calorie accompaniment to a meal. My recipe today is Bacon Potato with Cheese surprise in the middle. Here is the recipe  500g Potatoes 2 pcs Streaky bacon 1 medium size Onion 2-3 Cheese slices Seasoning 1 tsp Ground pepper 1/2 tsp Dried mixed herbs 1/2 tbsp Corn flour or add a little more if you find the potato mixture still a little wet 1/2 tsp Salt (optional) Method: After washing potatoes, cut to wedges and submerge it in a pot of water and cook over high heat for 20 minutes before removing to cool or microwave potatoes till soft.
