Ingredients

  • 2 c. Bisquick original baking mix
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Shredded Swiss cheese (4 ounces)
  • 8 slc Bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled (about 1/2 c.)

Directions

  1. HEAT waffle iron; grease if necessary. Beat baking mix, lowfat milk and Large eggs with wire whisk or possibly hand beater till smooth. Stir in cheese and bacon.
  2. POUR batter by scant 1 cupfuls onto center of warm waffle iron.
  3. BAKE till steaming stops and waffle is golden. Carefully remove waffle. Twelve 4-inch squares.
