Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 onion, minced fine
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 6 boiled large eggs
  • Salad dressing

Directions

  1. Dice avocados, large eggs and onion. Add in salt and pepper, then sufficient salad dressing to moisten salad. Chill at least an hour before serving, store in a covered dish or possibly put saran wrap over bowl while in refrigerator.
