Aunt Pearl's Party Cheese Cake Recipe

• Crust:
• 6 oz. package of Nabisco Zwieback Toast (ground into crumbs) or
• Graham cracker crumbs or
• Pecan Meal
• 2 tbl. sugar
• 1/3 cup butter
• Filling:
• 1 cup half and half
• 1 pound cream cheese (softened)
• 4 eggs separated; save til last - whites stiffly beaten
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 4 tbl. flour
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• Optional:
• Pre-made strawberry gel and fresh strawberries
