Directions

  1. 1. Dice up the mushrooms.
  2. 2. Saute them in a little bit of olive oil, for about 5 minutes
  3. 3. Add mushrooms to the meat.
  4. 4. Season with a dash of pepper, soy sauce, and garlic.
  5. 5. Mix together, and form into patties. Form them so they have a little well in the middle, so they don't puff up in the middle.
  6. 6. Make sauce. Mix together hoisin sauce, lime juice and sesame oil.
  7. 7. Over medium to medium-high heat cook burgers for approx 15 minutes, flipping half way.
