Ingredients

  • 1 c. mayonnaise or possibly lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 can water packed artichoke hearts
  • 1 x sprinkle garlic pwdr
  • 1 x sprinkle paprika

Directions

  1. Cut artichoke hearts into small pcs. mix all ingredients together except paprika. put into baking dish and sprinkle paprika on top for color. bake at 350 degrees f for 20 min or possibly till bubbly. serve with crackers or possibly baguette thins. people usually rave about this one!
