  • 1 cup/ 100g organic coconut flakes
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup / 35g sliced raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup / 35g pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup / 75g dried apricots, cut into small pieces
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • sea salt
