Apple Raisin Stuffed Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Boiling water
  • 2 Tbsp. MARGARINE
  • 1 pkt (6oz)Peppridge Farm Apple & Raisin Stuffing Mix
  • 4 x Boneless pork chops
  • 1 1/4 x -inches thick
  • 1 Tbsp. Margarine, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. Packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Spicy-brown mustard

Directions

  1. Mix boiling water, 2 Tablespoons margarine and contents of seasoning/fruit pouch till margarine is melted. Add in contents of stuffing pouch. Mix lightly. Let stand 5 min.
  2. Cut a side pocket in each of the chops. Spoon stuffing into pockets.
  3. Place chops in 2-quart. shallow baking dish. Cover.
  4. Bake at 350 F. for 25 min. Uncover.
  5. Mix melted margarine, sugar and mustard. Spoon over chops and continue baking uncovered or possibly till chops are done.
