Ingredients
- 1 c. Boiling water
- 2 Tbsp. MARGARINE
- 1 pkt (6oz)Peppridge Farm Apple & Raisin Stuffing Mix
- 4 x Boneless pork chops
- 1 1/4 x -inches thick
- 1 Tbsp. Margarine, melted
- 1 Tbsp. Packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp Spicy-brown mustard
Directions
- 1. Mix boiling water, 2 Tablespoons margarine and contents of seasoning/fruit pouch till margarine is melted. Add in contents of stuffing pouch. Mix lightly. Let stand 5 min.
- 2. Cut a side pocket in each of the chops. Spoon stuffing into pockets.
- Place chops in 2-quart. shallow baking dish. Cover.
- 3. Bake at 350 F. for 25 min. Uncover.
- 4. Mix melted margarine, sugar and mustard. Spoon over chops and continue baking uncovered or possibly till chops are done.
