Ingredients

  • 2 x english muffins split
  • 2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 4 slc Canadian bacon
  • 1 x apple thinly sliced rings
  • 4 slc Swiss cheese

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 . Spread each muffin half with 1/2 tsp. mustard; top with 1/4 of the Canadian bacon, apple and cheese. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 5 to 6 min or possibly till cheese is melted.
