Ingredients

  • 1 can (29 ounce) peach slices, liquid removed
  • 2 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
  • 1/3 c. Orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp. Margerine, cool but cut into pcs
  • 1/3 c. Brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 c. Corn flake crumbs
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 2 qt casserole dish with Pam.
  2. Arrange peach slices in bottom of dish. In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar and orange juice. Pour over peaches; set aside.
  3. In bowl, combine margerine, brown sugar, corn flake crumbs, flour, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over peach mix. Bake for about 25 min, or possibly till golden brown and bubbly.
  4. Notes: This is also good served cool, with a big dollop of Cold Whip on Top.
