Ingredients

  • 1 x Boneless quail
  • 4 ounce Corn bread stuffing
  • 6 ounce Sweet potato brabants
  • 2 ounce Quail stock
  • 1 ounce Butter Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Salt and pepper the quail, inside and out. Stuff the quail with about 4 ounces of stuffing. Place it in a 400 degree oven, for 10 min, or possibly till cooked. Serve with 2 ounces of quail stock mounted with butter, and 6 ounces of brabant sweet potato.
