Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds hamburger
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions (could use regular onion)
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- Pinch cayenne or a few drops hot sauce
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained or two cups frozen corn
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 3 cups leftover mashed potatoes
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups shredded cheese (I use cheddar, you can use whatever you like)
