Aloo Mutter Butter Paneer

Useful variation for meatless days.

Indian often is gluten free, and this one is great.

I love the mixture of spices used in this paneer. What a great vegetarian dinner.

It tasted soooooo gooooood. The leftovers didn't last very long. I'm very fortunate to have such a multicultural grocery store nearby, and reasonably-priced niche shops for everything else I can't find at the big chains. But really, the big chain has just about everything I need for cooking Indian food. I've only been to the Indian dry goods shop once in the last year, and that was to buy mango powder.

I love love love aloo mutter butter paneer (and any kind of Indian butter sauce like butter chicken) and this recipe looks great!

I'm Indian.. And this looks real good to me. Pretty authentic :)
