8 Minute Light N Fruity Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt (3 ounce.) Gelatin, any flavor
  • 2/3 c. Boiling water
  • 2 c. Ice cubes
  • 31/2 c. or possibly 8 ounce. container Whipped Topping, thawed
  • Fruit (Optional - see prep)
  • 8 x or possibly 9-inch Graham Cracker Crumb Crust

Directions

  1. Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stirring about 3 min. Add in ice cubes and stir constantly till gelatin is thickened, about 2 or possibly 3 min. Remove any unmelted ice. Using wire whip, blend in whipped topping; then whip till smooth. Mix in fruit. Chill, if necessary, till mix will mound. Spoon into pie crust. Refrigerate3 hrs.
  2. SUGGESTED FRUITS: 1 c. diced peeled pitted fresh peaches or possibly apricots 1 c. fresh rasberries or possibly blueberries 1 c. (8 3/4 ounce.) apricots or possibly sliced peaches, liquid removed and diced 1 can (8 1/4 ounce.) crushed pineapple in syrup, liquid removed 1 can (8 1/4 ounce.) fruit cocktail, liquid removed
