  • 1 pkt YEAST RAPID-RISE
  • 3/4 c. WATER
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. BUTTER

Directions

  1. SET ASIDE 1 C FLOUR. IN A LARGE BOWL MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS. HEAT WATER Lowfat milk AND BUTTER TO 125 DEG F. STIR LIQUID INTO DRY MIX - Add in Sufficient FLOUR TO MAKE SOFT DOUGH. KNEAD FOR ABOUT 4 Min. DIVIDE IN HALF AND PLACE IN 5 X 8 GREASED PANS. PLACE PANS IN A LARGE SHALLOW PAN FILLED HALF FULL OF Warm TAP WATER. LET RISE FOR 15 Min. PLACE IN 400 DEG F. OVEN FOR ABOUT 20 Min Cold ON WIRE RACK. BAKE AT 400 DEG F. FOR 20 Min.
