Hungarian old fashioned Potato Bread

I am trying to find a recipe for the old Hungarian Potato Bread. The recipe sometimes uses a home made yeast. It taks 8 hours to be ready to bake.

That would be great - I have not had any luck on my own. I am gluten intolerant and have found that I can eat this bread. First normal one in over a year that does not make me sick. But I would like to learn to make it on my own. (The people I can buy it from, of course will not give out the recipe as it is their business)
