Did you know that being vegetarian is healthier, than any other diet possible? Its proven to reduce heart disease, and even reverse coronary heart disease. Plant based eating also automatically lowers your cholesterol levels (the only foods that contain cholesterol are animal products, like meat and dairy). And since a three-decade-long study found that not a single subject with a cholesterol level below 150 has ever developed heart disease, that's hard to ignore! One other 21-year-long study compared meat-eaters and vegetarians and showed that the greater the meat consumption, the greater the death rate from all causes combined. It’s about your health AND your quality of life, isn’t it? : )

Plant Based Eating - Woooo whooo!
It can be yummy - promise! There are some may compelling benefits to eating a plant based, whole food diet. It is my mission to find ways to make this a way of life that is fun to cook and as tasty as can be. While the transition to eating plant based/vegetarian (not Vegan necessarily) can be difficult for some and overwhelming to start, if you just take some small steps to change the way you cook and eat research shows and I can attest you WILL look & feel amazing, reduce your risks of many mainstream diseases like heart disease and diabetes and increase your life expectancy – in good health! Isn’t this exciting?
