Ingredients
4 lbs. boneless chicken thighs
Drizzles of olive oil
Breading:
2 cups flour
2 cups cornmeal
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dried oregano
Dashes of fresh ground black pepper
4 eggs – beaten with a splash of water
