I am a mom, wife, foodie, chef, maid, dog walker, student, friend and therapist. In short, I am a woman. In reality, I do admin work by day; but by night, I am a force to reckoned with. I am one of many in the league of super-mom's.

My primary interest is food, food, and…..food. I like to eat it, cook it, and read about it. Sometimes I make amazing dishes that make me feel as though I could open a world renowned café. Other times, I make things that my husband eats out of love, and the dog turns his nose up at. My other primary interest is the environment, and how going back to simpler methods of cooking, eating and cleaning can be fun and beneficial.

In addition to those two, I also love books, movies, laughter, wine, and spending time with family and friends.
