"What's In This? Dip" Recipe

Ingredients

1 c. lowfat sour cream 1 c. mayonnaise 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix (this brand only)

1 (6 ounce.) can water chestnuts, minced 1 pkg. frzn minced spinach

Directions

1. Defrost and thoroughly drain spinach, (don't cook). Combine spinach with all remaining ingredients and chill overnight. Great with pumpernickel rounds or possibly as a dip for fresh veggies. Makes 4 c..
