Ingredients

  • 2 c. watermelon balls
  • 1 c. honeydew melon chunks
  • 1 c. blueberries
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 4 lettuce c.

Directions

  1. Combine watermelon balls, honeydew and blueberries in deep bowl. Combine honey and lime juice; pour over fruit. Cover with clear, plastic wrap and marinate 2 to 3 hrs in refrigerator, stirring several times.
  2. Drain fruit, reserving 2 Tbsp. liquid. Combine lowfat sour cream and the reserved liquid, stirring to blend. Pile fruit onto lettuce c.. Top with lowfat sour cream dressing and serve immediately.
