Ingredients

  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese
  • 3 ounce. cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 c. minced pecans
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. Let cheese set at room temperature. Blend all cheese, spices and nuts till creamy and smooth. On wax paper mix red pepper, paprika, mix well. Spread proportionately on wax paper. Roll cheese to create a log, then roll cheese over pepper and paprika. Refrigeratetill hard. Slice and serve on crackers. Keeps about 2 weeks.
