Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. pesto sauce
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 12 thin slices yellow squash
  • 12 thin slices plum tomatoes
  • 1 c. very sm., slightly under cooked broccoli flowerets
  • 1/2 c. sliced scallions

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 500 degrees. Spread pizza dough out on pizza pan. Sprinkle with pesto sauce and 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese. Top with squash, tomatoes, broccoli, scallions and 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese. Bake 10 to 12 min till edges of crust is browned and crisp. Serves 2.
